Once the clutter is gone, we deep clean the space itself, using organic products whenever possible.

Every item in your space is carefully evaluated and sorted into one of three categories.

With this all-inclusive option, you’ll send measurements and photos of your space beforehand. From there, Neat Theory handles the sourcing and purchasing of organizing essentials in advance (you cover the product cost), so your space is ready for transformation the moment we arrive.

Our most budget friendly option keeps your investment tailored to your décor and lifestyle while maintaining Neat Theory’s signature precision. Once we know what you’re keeping, we’ll measure your space and provide curated links to bins, storage containers, and Pinterest-perfect solutions to stay organized. Think of this as a personalized shopping list that allows you to curate your own finishing touches.

Note: Final styling and product placement are completed by you. We do the heavy lifting of getting rid of what you no longer need and deep cleaning and you add the finishing touch.
